Adult - all levels (Mondays), Back to Netball and Walking Netball (Thursdays): If you're new to netball, after some fun exercise, or enjoyed netball at school or college and want to get back into it, then these sessions are for you. Who is this for?
This session is for beginners and returners, as well as experienced players. You are welcome to join any time during the year.
What happens?
A warm-up and 10-minute skill section, followed by playing for the rest of the session (rotating teams/players every 5 - 10 minutes).

Who is this for?
